Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has resumed entry approvals for migrant domestic workers (MDWs/FDWs) entering Singapore from 15 Oct 2021. Please click here for more details. Helpers from Indonesia & Myanmar entering Singapore are required to serve a seven-day SHN at either a SHN-approved hotel, maid agency’s accommodation or employer’s residence. Helpers entering Singapore from Philippines are required to serve a 10-day SHN. Helpers from Indonesia can opt to enter via the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) which allows quarantine-free travel to Singapore from 29 November 2021.

Settling-In Programme (SIP) is mandatory for a new maid or new helper coming to work in Singapore for the first time. This programme is meant to prepare and educate the helper or maid on safety precautions and living in Singapore.

Your maid or helper is required to undergo a medical check-up. We help you reduce the cost of hiring a maid or helper by absorbing the medical check-up fees of your maid.

It is compulsory to complete the Employers’ Orientation Programme (EOP) if you are hiring a helper or maid for the first time. If you are still unsure how to go about completing this EOP, please contact us here for more information and assistance.

If you are a Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) or helper who is looking for an employer to transfer, you may approach us for help. We will arrange interview for you and our prospective employers. However, you may need to obtain consent from your current employer (Consent to transfer) first. There is NO deduction, NO salary cut, NO placement fee & NO loan deduction when we transfer you to a new employer. This leads to a more happier working relationship with your new prospective employer.
